Iconic Mathematics Grade 1, 2 and 3
The Iconic Mathematics Grade 1, 2 and 3 series is a resource for teachers and learners. It covers the National Curriculum Statement (NCS), Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) and the latest Advanced Teaching Plans (ATPs).
The Iconic Mathematics Learner’s Books have 172 pages of activities. Each page is designed to cover a day’s work.
On the left of the landscape page, there is an activity-style exercise. These activities are often discovery-based, and the activities are scaffolded.
On the right side of the landscape page, are three to four questions. Question 1 is a Mental Maths activity. Question 2 is a context-free question, and Question 3 is a problem-solving activity.
